Jim AnthonyI believe in the benefits a good coach or trainer can provide and I've hired my share of them over the years to help me achieve my financial, personal and professional goals. I believe John Preston is one of the best.

John trains on many levels and he understands that being a great personal trainer takes more than knowing how to lift weights and eat right. Of course he knows the fitness business inside and out. But John combines this knowledge with his ability to listen carefully and then share from his many life experiences. So not only will you transform your body if you work out with John but you might even find yourself more centered and grounded. I sure have.

I have found that my lively discussions with John are the bait that draws me back to the gym on a consistent basis even when I don't feel like going. Because of this, I have been transformed, and at fifty, I am in the best shape I've ever been in. I enthusiastically recommend him if you are looking for a personal trainer.

Joyce RosenbergI am writing this in regards to my trainer, John Preston. I started weight training with John in February of 2002. I had retired about 6 months earlier. I have exercised throughout my adult life sporadically, but never really seriously. I made the decision to hire a trainer and get serious. John started me on a weight training program and counseled me on diet and nutrition. I have been weight training at least 3 times a week for the last 19 months and do cardio exercise at least 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes. Within the first 9 months I had only lost 10 lbs. This is the good news, though. I lost 18.1 lbs. of body fat and gained 8.09 lbs. of lean muscle. My body fat went from 31% to 20.5%.

I feel personally my regime has improved my personal life by feeling better mentally and looking and feeling better physically. I have gone from a size 12 to a size 8.

I know that John is a caring, qualified, degreed trainer. I think that my experience with him has enhanced my life. Again it has made me physically and mentally more fit. The thing I like most about John is that he pushes me but knows just how far to go. I continue to gain muscle mass and lose body fat. I recommend him so highly and am available to share my experience.

Rawson BennettI am writing this to express my appreciation for all the benefits of my fitness training and in the hope of encouraging others. I have come to understand working regularly with a personal trainer like you is the key to a successful exercise program. Your knowledge derived from a college education in Exercise Science plus your experience are of great value especially to aging people. At age 65 I have discovered it is possible to get stronger, but there is Iittle room for bad choices in types of exercise or poor form.

A suitable fitness program for aging people is very sophisticated. Working with a trainer like John lets you use your time most efficiently. If you do exercises incorrectly, you take great risks of becoming injured. Many rely on techniques learned years ago, but which are not suitable for people over 35 or 40.

John is very attentive to the needs of aging people. One such need is to avoid tripping and falling. Building strength to prevent accidental falling is a normal part of John's training program. My main interest is ballroom dancing. For that one needs very good balance. John constantly does balance work with me. As a result of my exercise program I am able to keep up with house chores and go dancing several times a week. I am grateful to John for our work together which has continued for well over a year.

I just wanted to write you a short letter telling you how much success I have had working with you.

I have now reached my goal weight of 185 pounds and a 36 inch waist size, down from 240 pounds and a 42 inch waist size. I look and feel great, but more importantly I have dramatically reduced my risk of heart disease which killed my father last year.

I could never stick to an exercise plan before, but with your encouragement and one-on-one training I did it this time. There were days I wanted to quit, but having a lifestyle plan, a schedule, a trainer, and a financial commitment made all the difference.

Thank you for sharing in my success and life!

I've tried all types of diets/foods in my life. Trust me. I've even been anorexic and I'm a dude. I've been following this before I even saw it on Youtube. I've spoken with trainers at my gym, I've gone to all websites and I too have found that this is the best way to lose fat. I'm almost done with my 13th. week and I've lost 32.5 lbs. This guy really knows what he is talking about

This system is awesome--it forces you and basically holds your hand in preparing meals. HIghly recommended

From youtube channel re: STAX

The key is portion control and eating on time so your blood sugar doesn't drop too much. I like having my food ready to eat. Avoid sugary drinks. If you can do all that you'll lose weight.

This guy is right on the money, can't disagree with a word he says.

From youtube channel re: Chris Powell and STAX
